Alphonse Mucha, is my greatest inspiration as an artist and an art teacher. I got this tattoo for my 26th birthday and sat through two hours of agony. It was completed in one sitting. My favourite part of this tattoo is the colours. I didn’t want anything bold, and the muted tones add to the nouveau-esque feel I was hoping for.

I have been tied to this bike for so long. It is a reminder of a failed relationship, and the catalyst for it, but I can’t get rid of it, and I can’t seem to set myself free.
One of a self-portrait series.
This is the only tattoo that my uncle when we were staying at Cebu(Philippines). First they were just the feathers until my uncle decided to get sort of backbone grey washed in the middle. This picture was taken by the artist himself.

I am currently working on some film stuff and having some “fun” doing darkroom printing. So my photos are just physical pieces right now. Most of these are sitting tucked away in film sleeves as I painstakingly go through them and spend hours and hours printing them in the darkroom. Until I can get these scanned in, I will try to post some of my digital tests for these film projects. I will try to post these within the next few days between midterm projects. (We all need something to distract us right?).
